2. Follow the on-screen payment processing options:
- Continue to Bitpay: Confirmations will be gathered and reported via Bitpay
TIP: In Bitpay, we suggest avoiding these options:
- Do not select "Replace-By-Fee" (Bitpay does not support RBF)
- Do not select "Child Pays for Parent" method
3. Monitor your email for a Confirmation Number
Once the payment is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation indicating that your invoice has been paid. It will contain a confirmation.
TIP: Bitpay will send an email notification even if your order does not process successfully.
4. Once payment processes, we'll deliver your gift card
After 6 confirmations on the network and other success factors have completed, your gift card will be delivered.
- Account Owners: Login to your gift card account and navigate to your wallet
- Guest Checkout Users: Follow the claim link from the email notification

Investigating the Status of a Bitcoin Order
